It's really quite amazing how good these taste, given the low calories and that they have next to no fat or sugar. Would be nice if they threw in some other nutrients, but that's not really what it's for. Works out to be a tad more expensive than the ones you mix up yourself, but for the taste and convenience (and lack of grittiness) I definitely think it's worth it.

Nutrilite's Protein shakes taste better and I like their ingredients. It has C-Lenium which provides antitoxidant protection from harmful free radicals generated from intense exercise. Do a search for Nutrilite Protein shakes and give it a shot.

This is a great tasting protein shake. I like the chocolate flavor best. These are really convenient and a fraction of the cost of a protein shake from the gym. I keep a bunch of them in the office for a drink after hitting the gym. Very convenient.

I have tried a lot of protein drinks, mostly they have been chocolate, really enjoy the great taste of this banana flavor. Low in carbs, low in sugars, 35 grams of protein, and great in taste. Even a good price... I buy this same brand at Trader Joe's and GNS....this is lower in cost.

Here's my take:
1. Taste - overall really good for a protein drink, just ok if compared to regular drinks. I think it has a bit of an aftertaste from some artificial sweetener, but you get used to it after the first can. It's not something I have to hold my nose to drink or anything along those lines. It's in the top 10% of protein shakes that I have tasted.
