Works better then sticky strips but it is not perfect.
It opens the air-way well but, often comes out while sleeping.
I think it is a bit better then stick on strips that come off as well.
When they do stay in most the night, I can tell because, I am not as tired in the morning.
Is a little rough on the inside of the nose but can handle it.
I am still looking for a better product! Any Ideals??

so i switched to these over the sticky stuff cuz the sticky stuff left goo on my nose and made it itchy. in that respect it's great cause it opens the nasal passage (i have allergies, but don't snore, so i can't attest to what they'll do for snoring). but it gets more and more uncomfortable as the night goes: its edges cut into the nostril walls. i don't understand why there's no small/medium/large for this, cause if they were a tiny bit smaller they probly wouldn't hurt (and believe me, i have huge nostrils). so by the middle of the night they hurt so much i rip them out and toss them to the side. given how much cheaper they are than the sticky nasal strips, and how you don't have to put more chemicals on your face and into the trash can, nozovent is good, and others might not have this edge problem like i do. i haven't tried them for exercise yet but they seem like they'll stay put.

I first ordered this product from a site that didn't have a size option. The ones I received were regular size which were too big for my nose. I could insert it but after two hours or so it became so uncomfortable that I would have to remove it. The next time I ordered I made sure that the site I ordered from gave me the size option so that I could order a small size. It made a big difference. Now I can sleep all through the night without any discomfort.

I ordered these not knowing what "size" they would be. I had seen others online that had "sizes" but they were more expensive. I thought I would try these since they weren't that expensive. They do work good. It really helps to open up your nose to breathe. HOWEVER, if you are female, or have a small nose, these things are really BIG!

I would not recommend this product to anyone unless you can tolerate something up your nose while you sleep. Not too mention that if brush the covers or pillow against your face, it will dislodge the strip.
