This product is an herbal aromatherapy type thing that seems to act like a stimulant. It has no nicotine in it, so if you want to get off nicotine (instead of just transferring your addiction to gum, the patch, etc.) and want something that is more natural to alleviate some of the withdrawal symptoms this might help. I tried it on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised how it did (and continues to) help. I do recommend this to help quit smoking, as part of your total strategy. Good luck!
