I always like to exercis for 2 or 3 hrs per days. But one day I could not do it I was having too much pain on my knees so I saw my MD doctor and he give me strong medication with side effect. so I stop take it and I saw ND doctor who recomends Zyflamend and after couple day I was feeling better. After that I'm taking and my life is back. I'm taking this for 2 year and I'm able to exercise as before.

only time will tell if these pills will help . they are supposed to help inflamation in the body. if md anderson cancer hospital recommends them , thats good enough for me !!!

My spouse and I are in our early fifties and we both take Zyflamend (either the easycaps or the softgels-if you can take larger pills)because the Zyflamned seems to prevent flareups from old injuries better than what we each used previousy(Glucosamine with Chondroitin.)
We had stopped taking the Zyflamend for a few weeks, after trying it for about 5 months, and we missed it! Plus if you read the box or the flyer it potentially has some other impressive health benefits.

Recommended to me by Dr. Weil. Following a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, water, exercise, and meditation, and supplementing with Zyflamend has spanked my inflammatory conditions into submission. The tiny easy caps makes swallowing fun! Every itis is different, but this worked for mine.

My father has bone cancer with server pain in all his body joints and neck. After three weeks of taking Zyflamend he is able to move his body out of the bed and to move his neck sideways with out Yelling. I give this product a 10. He is 77 years and I shall continue to give him the Zyflamend.
I will also be giving him Host Defence by New Chapter.
