I, also, had tried this product before, purchased at Sally's. However, they discontinued it and I could no longer find it and was forced to live without it. Well, it's Sally's loss. Of all the products they get rid of THIS should not have been one of them. My hair is overly processed with relaxer, color rinses every couple of weeks and curling irons and blow drying, etc. Well, to make a long story short, I was shedding like crazy. Every room I went in, I left hair. People at work were constantly brushing my shoulders off. It was down right embarrassing! That's when I went online to find Bone Marrow and I was directed to Amazon.com. How overjoyed I was to find it. It stopped the breakage immediately, if not sooner. Now there is hope for my thinning hair! Toni from Michigan..................

I bought this large tub after getting a small packet at Sally Beauty. It works great, leaves hair soft and gets rid of the frizzes. Works much better that Hask's Henna 'n Placenta product. I have thick, slightlly wavy, color-treated hair and this product works wonderfully. Also, with time, eliminates breakage and falling out. Used it on my daughters less-thick, straighter virgin hair and it made it beautiful and shiny. I can no longer purchase it a Sally Beauty which is why I purchased it on Amazon. Good product.

I bought this product on the recommendation of a friend who used to have dreadlocks. I have been dying my hair (mostly at home) for the past 18 yrs! seven months ago i had my dyed auburn hair bleached blonde and then dyed fire engine red with black lowlights. i kept this style for about 3-4 months but the upkeep was ridiculous as it faded so often and having to keep rebleaching and redying was relentless on my hair. I dyed it myself with a few different box dyes more than once in a month. After that i noticed my hair was very thin and falling out incessantly! so i got this in the mail yesterday and left it on for 20-25 minutes. my hair instantly felt silky smooth upon rinsing out and definitely had a sleek, shininess that has not existed in months. it also looks and feels more voluminous today! it had a pleasant, neutral, odor.my only complaint is that it is quite thick and i may not have rinsed it all completely because parts of my hair felt sticky and hard. overall an excellent product that i will continue to use until i am done with this jar and then reevaluate the state of my hair.

My mom reccomended this product because my hair was breaking and falling out severely. I used this as a deep conditioner and my hair stopped breaking and falling out. My hair felt clean and it smelled great. I would definately recommend. I have naturally curly coily hair and this stuff works great! Negative comment would be: took way too long to ship...about 3 weeks!
