I suffer from chronic yeast infections and bv and I thought I'd give this product a try. I have to concur with some of the other reviews that this product smells awful! Initially it's not that bad but once it breaks down, it's horrible! I actually stopped using it a few days before I was supposed to, so that the smell would wear off. I was also really frustrated and irritated by the cheap packaging (you have to be careful not to tear the suppository apart trying to get the poorly perforated packaging open). One other thing that really bothered me was how much it burned! I literally felt like my crotch was on fire! On the positive side, the product was somewhat effective and I would use it again, if I were absolutely desperate, but in the meantime I'll switch to making my own suppositories. I really wouldnt recommend this to anyone else.

I have been on Amazon for years and this is the first time I've written a review. This new formula is just so bad that I feel like I have to chime in with the other ladies and warn any new people. The OLD formula was fantastic. I have menstrual-related yeast/BV. Most months I am fine, but once in a while something will flare after my cycle. The old formula easily took care of that within days. Even though all over the women's forums, there were cries of women who tried the new formula and failed, I still ordered it. I followed the directions and took the entire course. It did absolutely no good. Nothing happened positively, it only took a turn for the worse. I had to go back to messy creams and then to metro after BV developed. The old formula took care of BOTH BV and yeast. Ladies, please don't waste your money on this new product. If you don't believe me. You can google the new reviews and see in various forums that it has failed more ladies than it has helped. I've resorted to making my own boric acid capsules which you can order through Amazon.

I've had a chronic yeast infection for over 7 months and nothing has worked. I tried probiotic pills and at the same time used these boric acid capsules from yeast arrest and it seemed to be helping a little. I am not sure if it was the PB8 pills or just the boric acid doing the job but at least out of all the things I've tried this had worked best. However, towards the end of the recommended treatment for a chronic infection (4 weeks using one boric cid capsule in the morning and one before going to bed), everything went back to how it was and worse. Before using this I could walk somewhat normally, but now the pain is unbearable that I don't want to walk anywhere because of the infection. For women that are experiencing the same problem as I am, I recommend using the refrigerated kind of acidophilus. Based on the reviews women says this is way more effective. Unfortunately for me I had already purchased the PB8 pills before reading about the refrigerated kind. Do not use this boric acid treatment. it just doesn't work and makes the infection worse. I wish I had never purchased these capsules. My money went to waste

I have had chronic yeast infections for about 10 years. I would go back and forth to the doctors, get the usual pelvic exam and sure enough the results were always positive for yeast. I woulg get the same medication for treatment, (diflucan); This is a complete waste of money and time. You need at least three of these pills to even begin to feel relief. The over-the-counter, monistat and other brands only seem to make things worse. The itching and burning nearly drove me insane. Wearing underwear was also irritating because the friction. I was completely and utterly miserable when these infections occurred. It was very painful and irritating to have sex with my husband, just to say the least. Anyway, I search around for so long and lucked up when I found this product. I read all the reviews and decided to give it try. I am so glad I did. I do not use anything else these days. I have less occurrences of infections and my life has found some normalcy. A huge THANK YOU! to the manufacturers of this product. I highly recommned it to anyone who is fed up with all the prescriptions and over the counter crap that don't work!!! Yeast Arrest Works!!!!

Yeast Arrest is a natural product that while using did change the balance of yeast in my body. I had taken a course of antibiotic which unset my hormonal/vaginal balance creating discomfort and dryness. Yeast Arrest quickly and effectively rebalanced my good bacteria and stopped the over abundance of yeast. What a difference this formula made.
I will order again to have available when needed.
