EDITORIAL REVIEWS | Product Description Heather's Tummy Fiber™ ~ Organic Acacia is a medical food for the dietary management of Irritable Bowel Syndrome symptoms. Acacia is a natural, pure, organic, soluble dietary fiber produced from the gum of the Acacia tree. Clinical studies have shown that soluble fiber, as part of the diet: helps soothe and regulate bowel motility; relieves IBS abdominal pain and cramping by stabilizing intestinal contractions; alleviates BOTH diarrhea and constipation. Heather's Tummy Fiber™ also: increases good gut flora - it's considered a prebiotic; has excellent gastrointestinal tolerance; and slows down colonic fermentation, which in turn decreases gas and bloating. Heather's Tummy Fiber™ is completely safe and healthy for daily, lifelong use, is safe for use in children, and has no GI irritants or stimulants. Soluble fiber will not compromise normal bowel function at all once it gets your IBS symptoms under control - it will simply keep things in that normal state. A soluble fiber supplement is meant to keep your GI tract running smoothly, comfortably, and pain-free on a day-to-day basis, now and forever. Heather's Tummy Fiber™ is NOT a drug, it is NOT a laxative, it is NOT an anti-diarrheal medication. Acacia is simply an organic, prebiotic soluble fiber supplement with absolutely nothing else added, and it normalizes bowel function naturally in the same manner as soluble fiber foods. Certified organic by QAI, vegan, and certified kosher. Contains no gluten, sugar, salt, corn, soy, or yeast. |

| I B S by T. Ellerman (Buford, GA) 5 Stars August 16, 2009 This product is soluable fiber. I found this to be tasteless, convenient to add to products to take and gas free. It has been a wonderful discovery for me.
| | A life saver! by S. Hurlburt (Upstate, NY) 5 Stars May 21, 2009 After suffering with IBS and tummy issues for years from hormone changes and pregnancies, I was miserable and tried everything. At one point, I went to an acupuncturist who ordered me to buy a bag of Heather's Tummy Fibers. She charged $25, but I was willing to try anything and she said this stuff was amazing. I wholeheartedly agree! This stuff is amazing. Great fiber, 100% soluble, so it doesnt cause any other uncomfortable belly issues like other fibers do, it disappears in liquids and has no taste. I am absolutely hooked and feel better than I have felt in years. This is definitely worth trying if you are having belly issues. Start with 1/2 tsp 2x a day and then increase as needed. I truly can't say enough good things about this product!
| | Price Increase!! by M.S. (USA) 1 Stars April 06, 2009 Did the price just jump $5 in a month? If so, I'm done with the product!
