I took only two pills a day, and it gave me unbearable pain on back of my head. I do not know what cause it, but pain stopped as soon as I didn't take. Bottle does not state any side effects, but something is not right...

Though it may not provide enough protein to satisfy the likes of an overeager bodybuilder it is perfectly suitable for those looking to supplement their diet with additional protein or those like me who exercise to build muscle, but not on the grand and hyperbolic scale required by the former. I used to take Sundown Amino Acids with Calisan 90 (which proved tedious, having to mix the Calisan daily) just to supplement my protein intake, but I find this product to be a good alternative.
