I just received my shipment of Quercetin & Bromelain. The bottle lists the ingredients as Quercetin 500mg and Bromelain 250mg per 2 tablets. This is the opposite of what is listed in the ingredient information on this site. Please be aware of this error before ordering!

Simply stated, both Quercetin and Bromelain are thought to be poorly absorbed in the human digestive system unless they are taken together. This combo from 'Swanson' is a reasonable dose and a very good value.
