Quantum Migrelief, 60 Tabs, 1 Bottle I was taking an alternative migraine medicine that left me headache free for 5 months but decided to try MigreLief to cut cost. Unfortunately it made my gastritis 5 times worse. Definitely not worth the pain. I'll stick with what I know works without side effects.

after suffering with migranes for at least 40 yrs.i came across a book titled Joy Bauer's Food Cures. thank goodness i picked this book up and came across a whole section on treating migraines,much info.for the migraine sufferer. she suggested migrelief as a daily supplement.having a migraine every day for 3 months thought it was worth a try.i had been taking extra magnesium and feverfew(read on it in the past) that migraine sufferers lack in these vit. did not do the trick. so started researching many sites on migrelief and discussing with representitive in health food store that this is the right blend and absorbtion rate. migrelief has riboflavin(B2)400mg.,feverfew 100mg. of a specific form and magnesium 300mg. in the correct increments. began regiment 3 weeks ago(take 2 pills a day)and i have had 1 migraine in 3 weeks and not nearly as intense, i have imitrex for those days but do not like to take every day plus the expense. also need to take omega-3 fish oil and coq-10. give it a try might work for you also. i will be back for an updated review in a few months.

I take it twice a day and at first eliminated the migraines . Now, a year later, it lessens the intensity but I still take a prescritptin medication too.

I have tried many, many medications and supplements to control my frequent migraines. Relpax has worked wonders to treat the pain and symptoms of a migraine headache in action, but Migrelief is the best supplement I have found yet to actually prevent migraines. I went from ten plus migraines per month to only three migraines per month after taking this supplement for 6 weeks. It is an excellent preventive supplement and I strongly recommend it.

A friend told me about this after her great success with it-- I take 1 a day (instead of 2) and have cut out red wine too-- I used to get migraines 1-2 x month like clockwork for years and now...hardly ever, and when I do, they are MUCH milder. Less frequent and less intense migraines = amazing breakthrough. Taken daily, it took a month or so to kick in. It's crazy that something off the shelf at Whole Foods fixed the problem that the doctors and the prescriptions med could not.
