This is a better and less expensive product than I was using before as a digestive add. It does such a good job that you may want to limit yourself to 2 meals a day because things might loosen up too much because everything has broken down to a greater degree.

My wife used to have frequent digestion related problems and had to take Over the counter medication frequently. She was recommended this by a old couple running a naturopathy pharmacy. Her problems have come down significantly ever since.
