I started taking one a day for women about a week ago and I already see the benefits from it. I take mine right before bedtime and I haven't had any kind of sickness from it. I have taken it twice in the morning on an empty stomach and i got a small stomach ache (as you would with any medication on an empty tummy) but I ate a pop tart and some tea and it was gone. I've already noticed that my hair has stopped shedding as much, its much stronger, less dull (i have african american relaxed hair). My nails have become stronger as well and they've grown quite a bit for 5 days, I have been struggling with peeling and chipping nails for two months now. One of the greatest benefits I've seen is that I'm eating less, I'm not as hungry as I have been. Combined with me going to the gym, I've seen some weight loss.
Overall I think its a good product, the pill is large but thats fine. My boyfriend and his father have also had great success with the men's/senior version as well.

I don't really have anything to say about this other then it's a good multivitamin. It has almost 100% of every vitamin you need so it gives you anything you might not be getting from your diet. I've also noticed that it helps decrease water weight. I haven't had any problems with feeling sick and dizzy after taking it. I take it right after I finish dinner and drink a glass of water with it. I did have trouble swallowing it the first few times since it's fairly big but it goes down easily now. I suspect that the people who felt sick after taking this are not taking it with food. It says right on the bottle to take it on a full stomach. Read directions people.

I have no problems with this multi-vitamin even taking without eating and have actually started sleeping better because of it. They're easy to swallow, contain many essential nutrients, have no bad taste or odor, and best of all only one pill daily is required. Couldn't ask for anything better at a reasonable price.

I've read alot of reviews on this product Most good some bad I thought it'd be a good idea to try anyway.
I've never felt so sick before dizzness to feeling like I'm going to hurl (I took during a meal) I stopped taking this product after days of the same event.
If you get sick with this try taking non-synthetic vitamins such as New Chapter. It's very genital even on an empty stomach I'm taking them now and havent had problems since.

I was very concerned about starting taking a multivitamin because they aren't regulated by the FDA, but I found out that the "one-a-day" company submitted its product for voluntary review to ConsumerLab and USP, and passed both tests for product purity and safety. So...I ignored that people said it made them sick, because I assumed that you just needed to take it with food (in fact, their website recommends taking it AFTER a meal). But, even with that in mind, it STILL made me feel nauseous and dizzy. I'd never felt so horrible in my life - I felt like I had the flu every time I took this pill. Like other reviewers, I do NOT have a weak stomach - spicy or bitter foods don't bother me. I think I'm going to try one-a-day's powdered drink instead - since it doesn't say to take it with food (so I am assuming it doesn't make you sick). stay tuned....
