For me, the only noticable effect was an increase in chin whiskers!
Definitely not what I had in mind.

It has not been properly checked for its long-term effects in human beings, that is, good double-blind studies, but the concept appears similar to that of melatonin and I can feel some positive effect from taking 3 of these each day. I am 58 years old. It also tends to make my face look less tired. It is a take-at-your-own-risk substance, but it is naturally produced in the human body and then tends to decrease in production with age, same as melatonin. The FDA is useless, so we are left to our own devices, you know? I have no idea what reservatrol really is, either, so that would be a good thing to look up on the web on trusted sites. I have not heard of any proven problems with it, either, and it has been around for several years now. Bottom line, it works for me, makes me feel and look better, and I do not like going without it anymore.

This is a brand I've used over the years and both selling price and delivery were top notch. However, having purchased a quantity of bottles at one time, it was dismaying to find the expiration date for all was under 6 months. It will mean taking expired supliments since I purchased a year's worth! I'd assumed I would be shipped fresh inventory. Not so. Buyer beware.

The product, pricing, shipping, etc. were great.
When I received the product - 3 bottles of 350 tablets each and looked at the expiration date, I had issues. The expiration date on them, hidden under a Amazon bar tag label was 8/09 (I received these in 12/08). I ordered & received several years worth of product, only to find that their expiration date was in less than a year away! (I believe that governing regulations also require nothing short of 1 year of freshness without the sale being marked with a notice.)
I called the vendor, who was very helpful. They blamed Amazon fulfillment for shipping short dated product, and they directly traded out my two unopened bottles with some that were fresher and had an additional year before expiration. They did this with all shipping at their expense.
myVitaMart.com was great, once I found contact info. for them. Amazon fulfillment, though needs to be watched. Apparently their systems are not yet set up to track expiration dates on products! They even had bar coded labels placed over the dates. Remember who Amazon started - it was not the supplement market! They need to implement measures to track freshness.

I bought this product by mistake but instead of returning it, I decided to give it a shot. I've taken many vitamins but nothing seemed to make me feel any better. It was simple so I went for it. After about a week and a half of using it, I couldn't believe it. It did make my mood healthy and the energy that I now have is awesome! It's a real energy that's not fake like a diet pill can do to you. I don't crave sweets like I did and even my appetite is in order. I'm not craving to eat just because I'm bored. My mind is even more clearer. I found what my body was missing with this and it's wonderful stuff.
