This is just like the ones they use in physical therapy offices. Works great and will give you about 20-30 minutes of cold wherever you put it. I just had knee surgery and purchased two of these. It will mold to your body and big enough to keep the swelling down in the entire area. I also use it on my back and shoulders. Well worth your money!

I bought two of the sinus masks.......however they don't stay cold for very long. So I ordered this and put it inside the sinus mask .....lasts at least 30 min. and takes migraine headaches away. i do have two of the masks. so I trade off with them. excellent product.

I recently had eye surgery, a few days before the surgery I purchased these for the recovery period. They worked perfectly. I Highly recommend this product, they stay right where they belong. My husband had a migrain and used product for soothing headache relief.
