Love Relacore, but not the seller DAB/Potential Dynamix by Chicago Blondie

I've used Relacore before and love it. Ordered this time from Amazon, thru their listed distributor DAB Nutrition. But it says it's fulfilled by Amazon, so I ordered. It arrived quick, but the bottle and label appear discolored and old. I looked at the expiration date and it's more than a year expired! These pills are usually good for a couple years, so I'm quite disappointed. I will return the bottle and buy it elsewhere, but just be aware that (either by mistake or not) DAB Nutrition/Potential Dynamix has some old stock and poor quality control.

I started taking this last Friday as directed on the package...two caplets three times a day. The first day I felt really sick to my stomach and really bloated and gassy. I also had diarrhea. It was also difficult to sleep. The second day the gassiness was still there but not as bad but I started to get really bad dizzy spells. The third day it was the same thing, but I woke up with three HUGE pimples on my face. Not normal little pimples these are enormous and very painful. I decided to continue as I was losing weight, but I took only one caplet three times a day - so cut my dosage in half. The fourth day I found another huge pimple on my neck and decided to stop taking the drug. I lost 4 pounds in the three days I took it but seriously I would rather just diet and exercise more than deal with the acne and bloated feeling. I did feel more calm and relaxed but again, the side effects aren't worth it to me.

READ THE EXPIRATION DATE I CANNOT BELEIVE IT THIS COMPANY AND AMAZON SENT ME EXPIRED PILL YES I COULD RETURN IT BUT IT WILL COST ME TO MUCH TO DO SO I AM VERY UPSET ABOUT THE SITUATION NEVER AGAIN.

item is good to relax on. on top of that it helps remove fat from your belly. a friend of mine was on it and he said that it helped a lot because he had stress fat. so I'm using it for the same reason.

Doesn't help so much for weight loss, but fantastic for anxiety! by SMB (Algonquin, IL)

I purchased Relacore as I've done many other supplements in the past- Hopeful, but also skeptical. I exercise daily (at least an hour.. Cardio and weights) and eat a very healthy diet, however I still couldn't seem to get rid of that 'pooch' belly. While Relacore may have helped my problem area (I notice a slight difference), it GREATLY improved my struggle with anxiety. I used to have horrible panic attacks, and was more recently able to get them down to just being on the verge on my own, but that still had a very negative effect on my well-being. The 2nd day I was on Relacore, that verge disappeared COMPLETELY- It was literally like a light switch. My husband has also noticed I am far more calm. And I'd like to point out that I had NO idea that it also worked for people with anxiety, so it's not all in my head or the placebo effect. So, even if it doesn't help me completely eliminate my problem area, I will continue to use this product, as it has really changed my life.
