The lid is great but not built with materials that will last more then 2 years. Customer service only offers to replace the lid at nearly the cost of the whole product. If I knew I would have to replace the product after a couple of years, I would not have purchased it. It was great while it worked, however. Too bad the company did not create an item that would go much of a distance.

This is the second one I have bought. I bought this one for a friend. I have had mine for more than a year. The lid does not fully open any more and does not always open and close when it is suppose to. The repacement lid is $39.95.
