Your family will probably like the taste of this product. It travels well also. It, however, has preservatives that are unnecessary. I used it for almost a year and didn't see improvements until switching to Nordic Naturals and Green Pastures oils. More money but worth it. You can easily hide Nordic Naturals oils in applesauce. They will never know.

Coromega is a great way to get omega 3 instead of taking fish oil capsules. It comes in a little packet like ketchup does. It tastes like orange pudding. No fish taste.
