It enabled me to get back to work just a little over a month after prostatectomy. Initially, it was not easy to put sheath on, but I finally figured out to roll the end like a condom making it fairly easy to "roll" it on. The tube to the bag was a little short for the valve in the end of the bag to be down at the ankle to give easy access to release urine wearing paints. I purchased a similar tube from Home Depot, and that fixed the problem. It works great!!!

works OK on a limited basis; sheath itself is difficult to put on, and adjustable portion tears easily. Bag is MUCH too small; however, larger bags can be purchased at local medical supply. Overall, it is what it is, could be better.

Having battled radiation damage that has resulted in incontinence, I tried everything...pads, condom caths, catheters, etc...all with terrible side effects and extreme discomfort. I was at my wits end until I discovered this product. The McGuire Urinal has allowed me freedom to live a more normal life. I highly recommend it and wish my urologist had known about it to recommend it to me. Now I'm telling him about this great option.
