It is not common that you find a product that can make such a difference in your life that it is worth writing about, but this product did for me. After a battery of tests that determined perimenopause, my husband actually purchased this for me after the bioidentical route was not what I wanted. The stuff is great--I feel back to normal plus some! :-) Also, I easily lost the 8lbs that I had put on as a result of the hormonal imbalance. I would definitley give it a try--it really worked for me!

My doctor recommended am/pm and it seems to definitely lessen perimenopausal symptoms and lessen pms. I stopped taking them at one point and noticed a definite return of symptoms. Definitelly worth a try.
