Gross, not even worth the purchase. I ended up throwing 2 jugs of this stuff away after using it for a week. Don't buy this, there are much better products on the market for equal price.

This stuff is nasty. No doubt it works, but it also makes you feel sick and gives you diarreah. If you are willing to run to the bathroom and make your hiney raw...then GO FOR IT!

I bought two of these and saw no results what so ever, I actually lost weight. The mix has a hard time totally dissolving so you will routinely drink big clumps of powder. Also the mix does not last long because they have you using one big scoop per serving. The scoop is one cup I believe. I recently bought GMC brand of whey protein and there is no comparison. GMC's stuff actually tastes good and I don't mind drinking it. Anyways you get what you pay for.

I ordered this product last month, and I have to say that it is one of the best products that I ever bought. I still can't believe I gained exactly 5.1 lbs in a week, and I still maintained it weeks later. Not kidding.
The French Vanilla flavor is good even when added with water. It tastes even better with milk. It doesn't have that powdery taste that other formulas have. The tub should last between a week or two depending on how much you consume on a day. The directions say that one serving equals 5 scoops. You can choose to drink it all in one day or spread it out over a few days. I chose to drink 5 scoops everyday until I ran out which lasted almost 8 days. Also with the shakes, I ate my regular meals.
One major side effect that I have to tell you about is that you'll constantly go to the bathroom a lot. This happened for the first two days usually occurring 2-3 hours after each drink. It wasn't the best thing, but I didn't want the product go to waste so I stuck it out. I still give this product 5 stars because I finally found something that worked, and you have to go with the bad as well as the good.
If you're thinking of bringing some shakes to work, I advise you to start on a Friday after work or Saturday morning that way you're not crapping in your pants when you start on a work day. I also have to suggest that if you use milk in the beginning, stick with it. I ran out and didn't buy milk for a few days so I used water. And then when I did have milk, I went to the bathroom again for a day.
If you're like me who have had trouble gaining weight for years and want to gain weight fast, I recommend this product. I just ordered another Vitol product, the Russian Bear. Hopefully, I can add more weight and some muscle mass as I am preparing myself to ship off to BMT.
