I've been taking this product for a number of years. In the past I've taken the tablet version. This is first my experience with the capsule. I don't have a whole lot of technical info to spill out expect to say that with a balanced diet, eating natural/organic foods, exercise, and taking a number of homeopathic supplements along with this Wellness Formula, I can count on one hand the amount of times I've gotten sick in the last 5 years.
Additionally, Amazon is the place to get this product. The price is usually half as much as and/or the quantity is twice as much. I got the largest bottle at 240 tablets which ran slightly over twenty bucks but at a whole foods type place, the bottle would be more than twice as much, maybe close to fifty bucks. So get this product, exercise, avoid artificial junk in your foods, and you should be well on your way to mainting optimum health!

We've taken Wellness for years and they really do seem to cut the time of a cold or flu... There are two "types" of the same formula, tablet and capsule. The tablet are more concentrated, the capsule is easier to take. As the number you take is different, and as the number of "pills" in the various size bottles is different, you may have to do some math to find the best deal... In any case, which ever you prefer, we think it's a good idea to get them before you need them, just in case you get caught in a group of coughers and sneezers...

I take one pill a day to boost my immune system and to ward off colds and the flu. This product works wonders. I am a member of the clergy and come in contact with a large number of people, especially on the weekends. There is no way I can always remember, or have the time to wash my hands, after greeting people as they leave church. In the past this has resulted in three or four colds each winter. Since taking Wellness Formula I haven't had a cold. What a blessing this is, especially around Christmas time when I can least afford to be sick. Yes the pills have a terrible smell and they could almost choke a horse when you try to swallow them, but the trade-off, good health, is worth any inconvenience.

I've taken this product for about three months and have really felt the difference. My sinuses are clearer, my pain less, and overall bodily function appears to be more balanced. Considering I have Fibromyalgia, these changes are a huge help - allowing me to be more active. Be sure to take the full dosage as noted on the bottle. It may seem like a lot of pills to take, but it's worth the effort.
