EDITORIAL REVIEWS | Product Description Dietary supplement. MethylCobalamin, an active coenzyme form of vitamin B-12, is essential for cell growth and replication. It is more concentrated than other forms of B-12 in the cerebrospinal fluid where it can be used by the central nervous system. It donates methyl groups to the myelin sheath that insulates certain nerve fibers. It may also play a role in maintaining a healthy sleep-wake cycle, as well as normal nerve function (These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease). Suitable for vegetarians. Contains no yeast, dairy, egg, gluten, corn, soy or wheat. Contains no salt, preservatives, or artificial color, flavor or fragrance. |

| Great Stuff! by April Price (York, PA) 5 Stars March 21, 2009 My vet recommended this to me for my cat who has diabetes, and was having trouble walking. I can't remember the name for it, but she was walking on the entire back side of her legs instead of just her feet. She couldn't support herself on just her feet. I crush two pills for her in the morning and again at night and just sprinkle it on her food. At first I thought she would hate it because it is cherry flavored, but she didn't seem to mind. She is walking perfect now! Crazy as it seems, I didn't think it would work, but I started to see a difference after just a few weeks, and now its been about two months and she is PERFECT.
| | Do not dissolve well at all. by FrancisXavier (St. Paul, MN United States) 2 Stars August 11, 2008 They say they are sublingual yet these clearly do not dissolve well under the tongue. In fact that process took about 10 minutes whereas I later got some at Walmart that not only dissolved instantly but also have a more pleasant taste.
| | Best B-12 by simpleasthat (Left Coast, United States) 5 Stars May 18, 2008 I've tried many forms of b-12 and since I already take a fistful of other vitamins per my lab results, I'm thrilled that this is sublingual and I only have to take one a day. It states that it's cherry flavored, but it doesn't taste like anything to me.
| | So chew a little by Babayada (New Orleans, LA) 5 Stars April 06, 2008 This product does not dissolve as quickly as others, it's true. But I see no reason why this should be a deal-breaker.
If you bite into the tablet once or twice you'll find it dissolves rather quickly, especially if you move it around in your mouth a little.
When the tablet dissolves, I can immediately feel an increase in energy and clarity. I never experienced that with Twin Labs sublingual B-12. I think this is because the Twin Labs sublingual B-12 I used has cyanocobalamin rather than methylcobalamin. The Twin Labs tablets dissolved very quickly, but the effects were negligible.

| Could It Be B12?: An Epidemic of Misdiagnoses by Sally M. Pacholok RN (Author), Jeffrey J. Stuart DO (Author)
In Could It Be B12?, RN Sally M. Pacholok and her physician husband, Jeffrey J. Stuart, cite the extensive research done by numerous medical centers and universities that proves B12 deficiency plays a defining role in many seemingly hopeless problems. Yet, even in the face of these studies, this disorder has somehow been overlooked by the general medical field and is often misdiagnosed. The authors include numerous case histories and offer their readers strategies on how...
