Well, I had visited the Dr. Natura website to read testimonials and was a bit nervous to try this. Now, I did not lose 10 pounds, and did not suddenly feel amazing, and didn't dissect my stool to see how alien it looked. But, I will say I thought I had no trouble with my bowels before, but this stuff really cleaned me out! Several times daily! It's a simple enough program but more often than not I forget the bed time tea. I do not think the program is worth the price. While it does seem like high quality products, I think similar things can be purchased individually for cheaper. It consists of 1 scoop of a special formula psyllium powder in liquid (along the lines of Metamucil) daily, 4 capsules of Para Nil which is an herbal parasite cleansing formula (I'm sure there are others out there - and by the way I don't see any worms in my poop, thankfully.), and a senna and herbal tea. I think for future maintenence I may start a daily psyllium regimen.

This is GREAT for IBS.
My daughter had nothing but problems with this doctor diagnosing this and that doctor diagnosing that and after even just a week being on this, everything started to clear up
It has been almost two years now and she does a monthly maintenance once every six months or so

This is my second Colonix system. I mix the powder with orange juice w/some pulp and it stays mixed. I use it before breakfast in the morning and it gently cleanses the intestinal tract of whatever is clogging it.
