I, like many, many women had terrible monthly cycles. I could write a novel on how horrible they were, but I am sure if you are reading this yours are just as bad if not worse so I will refrain from further details on that! However, I must explain why this product is so wonderful for me and will be for you as well. I have just recently hit my 40's and I had a few perimenopausal months which wreaked havoc on me so I started researching and found I had some thyroid issues as well. So, I started on a thyroid vitamin cocktail consisiting of B and D vitamins as well as Thyrotrophin and Thyrosol. For about a year I was fine, but then I started having those horrible periods and some memory issues. Also, the dreaded weight gain. I just happened to be reading a women's magazine when the article of Emerita Pro-Gest appeared. Well, I am a skeptic about "miracle anything", but had to give this a try. THANK YOU magazine article!!!! I've been using for 2 months now and I have had the best cycles I have ever had! Easy 5 days...much lower/less flow, no bloat, no headaches, grogginess, memory loss...NOTHING! I did have a few cramps a few days before my period which I had never had before, but hey, I'll take that! I use a teaspoon or so in the AM and again in the PM. Always on my stomach, no skin reactions. I am so happy with this product I tell everyone about it and I have signed up for automatic delivery. Try this cream. It works.

I started menopause early thanks to chemotherapy a couple years ago. I noticed symptoms coming on such as not being able to concentrate, trouble with memory, fatigue, and then out of the blue I started having anxiety attacks for no apparent reason. I tried using Progest after reading Dr. Lee's book and found that it didn't do much for my symptoms. After several weeks of using it I continued to have hot flashes every hour on the hour and anxiety symptoms did not go away. I went to my doctor who prescribed Prometrium and Estradiol (bioidentical hormones). These worked well for me and I felt like a new person. I was able to concentrate, was happier, had lots more energy and slept great. Best of all my anxiety symptoms disappeared! I am happy this cream works for some people, but if you're still having problems you may want to go talk to your doctor about prescription HRT with bioidentical hormones.

I was a 54 year old menopausal, hot flashing, anxiety filled woman who could not get help from my doctors to help me with my symptoms. A friend (plus Oprah) told me about progesterone cream. I am amazed about how it has helped reduce hot flashes, calmed my frenzied feelings, helped me to sleep better and be just in a better general mood. Don't let the doctors tell you there is nothing to be done, that it will go away in time. Why waste years of your life suffering when a 1/4 tsp smeared on your tummy can help you feel so much better? Try it! Our bodies are changing! Do the best to take care of yourself! You and those around you need you to be the happy person you really are.
