I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now and find it helps reduce my fatigue, headaches, and even brain fog. I would recommend it for similar hypo-thyroid symptoms. I take my thyroid meds in the morning and sometimes loose my pep by the middle of the day. This product has helped with that.
