Product Description
Tolu RagweedTM Herbal Supplement, Edgar Cayce Formula, Liver Tonic, Blood Cleanser Baar Products' Tolu Ragweed has been made from fresh, young Ragweed leaves. The leaves are picked before the end of the season to ensure each bottle is prepared from the freshest leaves. This herbal tonic is formulated to help support the liver, to help with eliminations and to support the body's response to pollen and dust. This is a seasonal product so supplies are limited! Our Tolu Ragweed is different than our Ragweed Tincture. With the Tolu Ragweed we gather the fresh herb and boil it in our special tanks. Whereas the Ragweed Tincture is an alcohol extraction process of ragweed only, with no Tolu Balsam. Tolu Balsam is known as a blood purifier. We make both available so you can determine what works best for you. About the Herb: Native Americans used crushed Ragweed externally for stings, infections, and skin diseases. Taken internally as a tea, Ragweed has been used to treat abdominal cramps, constipation, vomiting, pneumonia and fevers. Edgar Cayce recommended Ragweed (Ambrosia) to be combined with Tolu Balsm as a laxative and liver cleanser. In several instances, the Cayce Health Care Philosophy stated that Ragweed could alleviate allergic symptoms. It was one of the few items Edgar Cayce advised would be helpful for everyone. (5642-7) - "There are still drosses in the system that at times need the eliminate as may be given through the use of the ambrosia weed...(ragweed). This we would take occasionally." (3180-1) - "Keep good eliminations, even though occasionally it becomes necessary to use something as an Eliminate. For this particular body, because it is subject to, or has an allergy to pollen of this particular flower or plant, - use Ambrosia Weed. This may be used in liquid or the dry flower or leaf itself; but the liquid will be the preferable to take at the present time. This take only occasionally."
