I ordered this product hoping to get relief from severe PMS and PMDD. After the birth of my third child my PMS started to get very bad. I just started taking this product this month and the severity of my PMS symptoms (unbearable tension, depression, irritability, fatigue, weepiness) were already dramatically reduced. I did experience fatigue the first few days on the product but it balanced out after a couple of days into a genuine feeling of peace and tranquility and overall well-being. I am also taking GNC's Ultra PMS Formula in conjunction with this and it seems to be working really well together. I am so happy to have found a natural alternative to Pharmaceutical drugs. I really recommend this product!!
