Directions: For cold therapy: ; * Fill bag two-thirds full with ice, securely screw cap on and place where needed. Great for tension headaches, sinus pain & swelling. For heat therapy: * Fill bag two-thirds full with hot water (not boiling), securely screw cap on & place where needed. Soothes upset stomach & sinus pain. Much better than the herb filled fabric bags that stay in the freezer. This gets colder and stays cold much longer. If chill is too much place a towel between to lessen.

I bought this a year and a half ago, and maybe used it a handful of times with
warm water or ice, and always let it airdry.
Worked well and kept a good seal. Last month I got it out again after not having used it since the winter, and the inside of the bag had completely disintegrated, almost like a dry rott. Very disappointed since I really liked them.

I purchased 2 of these. Unfortunately, they are very stiff and scratchy. They are not comfortable against bare skin. I just ordered 2 Mueller Ice Bags. They are much softer. :-)

Have been using Bodyglove ice bag body wrap. The ice bag deteriorated quickly. I was looking for an alternative that was cheaper. This item filled the need and far cheaper. I bought two fot the price of one of the bodyglove units. Good value.

I needed the product to reduce swelling in the shoulder after a bicycle accident. It does not prevent condensation from forming so the outside will get wet.
