Melatonin, I take Melatonin for insomnia, and purchased Natrol Melatonin from Amazon seller because of best price, It works to induce sleep and works as well as higher priced brands, Natrol is the brand I look for in 3mg tablets, I have taken 2-3mg tablets at bedtime but found after a year one is now sufficient, When I need more I will return to Amazon and price it out as I trust the Natrol brand.

Really does work well. Helps me sleep for about 6 hours. While I do wake up groggy, this is only because I do not ever get 8 hours to sleep due to my work, I'm lucky to get 6. So laying awake at night is not a good thing. My father recommended this a few years ago. I have been taking it ever since.
