Scientific studies show that flavones (primarily chrysin) may exert a wide variety of powerful effects. Specifically, studies done in Europe show that after supplementing with chrysin blood serum levels of testosterone went up a whopping 30%! How does this work? There are two major hormones in both men and women is: testosterone and estrogen. Testosterone is dominant in men and estrogen is dominant in women. I had read a review on this product that said it made him go to the bathroom a lot more but I didn't know it would be quite as bad as it was. I took 2 with each meal (3 times a day) and I noticed that I had an extreme amount of gas problems and felt the urge to purge regularly whether I could or not. I started taking one a meal and it backed off a bit but I still felt gaseous. This product may not affect you the same way but I couldn't take it anymore and had to order something else.
