Relatively expensive as I can buy liquid Certo 6 oz. in the grocery store for $3.99 a package. Was $16.06 for 8 oz. powder from you. Very hard to blend in with juice. Had to use a blender. Thus not convenient. I can mix the Certo with a spoon which works well. Overall your product is good, but hard to work with for my purpose.

This is a general review on pectin as well as a specific review of Apple pectin which is the best tasting of all of the pectins. If you are having circulation problems I would certainly give pectin a try as it has the ability of scraping the fat (plaque) off of the walls of your arteries. In Europe and elsewhere there is the custom of eating fruit, especially apples at the end of the meal. Apples, mangos, guavas, citrus and some other fruits have pectin which will do it for you but you can add the powder to cereals, pancakes, smoothies, etc. - if you do not eat thee above fruits.Grapefruit is the cheapest and the most bitter of the pectins.
My fingers and hands use to fall asleep at night and after I found out I had high colesterol I resisted medication and instead started in on eating pectin in my foods which worked. I use pectin and lethicin on a regual basis.
