This is a good product but only lasts a couple of months. Rather quickly it starts to lose air fast until it becomes useless. The company that makes it is called Positex, Inc. from Minnesota. It's a very shady operation and uses several different names and websites with strangely hostile customer service.

They could have sent this in an envelope, it stores almost flat... which could be a good thing for travel. It doesn't blow up very big. I prefer the thermarest self inflating items, but they do take up considerably more space. This will go into the theater much more inconspicously and still suffice... if it holds up and it looks pretty strong. I'm keeping it.

I need something for my back when traveling on plane, bus or train. This is just the ticket! It packs up in my carry-on pocket, easy to get at, take out and just quickly blow it up for great back comfort. I purchased a couple of the supports so I have one I keep in the car for long trips.

I just received and am using the McKenzie Airback. It's simple, comfortable, portable, customizable, affordable and as long as it doesn't develop any leaks, I'll rate it 5 stars and may buy another. Sure it has a inflation valve that sticks out but this does not get in the way.

She was experiencing lower back discomfort when driving. Her friend has one of these and so I got this for her. She likes it,...it's relatively small and easy to inflate,....and supports that area just at the base of the spine. You can inflate it to exactly the firmness that you want. Good product.
