I ordered it because the description said it has ionic which will dry hair faster (I have long hair that absorbs water, so it used to take me forever to blow dry my hair)and also it's quieter(my husband used to wake me up in the morn. using the old dryer). It's true and I don't have those problems now! A little pricey but it's worth it.

Andis 75345 Nano-Silver Tourmaline Ceramic Hair Dryer
I have had two quiet Andis hair dryers, and really like the size, weight, overall shape, and performance - and they are quieter!
But this little dryer, although lightweight and quiet, looked to be made of poorer quality materials, and the front vent was bent and not set in straight.
It is very compact and lightweight, and does have a 5-year warranty, so it would be good for small spaces and for travel, and if it doesn't hold up, the company should stand by it.
I will likely buy another Andis - just not this one.
