I really like this mask...so much so that this was my second order. The nasal pillows are very comfortable, and I can move from my back to my side without re-adjusting. I have a level 14 on my CPAP, and this is very comfortable. The seal is very good, so good in fact that most mornings I can't hear any sound at all. I recommend this to anyone that wants minimal equipment on their face.

I have used this nasal pillow mask for 2 years now and have been satisfied with it performance. One problem that has cropped up has been the short tube connecting the mask with the hose to the CPAP unit. The part is poorly engineered and has split open. When I tried to replace this part I was told by 7 different CPAP suppliers that Respironics (the manufacturer) would not supply this part for replacement. Email and a letter to Respironics resulted in a standard response letter with no helpful info and VM was never returned. I am no longer a customer of Respironics. Try the ResMed Swift LT mask. It works just as well, it's considerably cheaper AND all the parts are replaceable easily through CPAP suppliers. Happy Breathing.
