Why Take Any Chances? by D. Mikels (Skunk Holler) 5 Stars
March 20, 2009
If taking an 81 mg aspirin tablet each day could possibly prevent a heart attack, then why not adopt such a regimen? Seems like a no-brainer to me, which is why, for several years, BAYER LOW DOSE ASPIRIN has been a fixture in my medicine cabinet. It's an incontrovertible. Aspirin thins the blood, thus making it flow through the body (and heart) more freely. Also an incontrovertible. Aspirin itself is murder on the stomach, but not to worry. BAYER LOW DOSE is safety coated to protect the stomach lining. Mi estomago esta muy contenta. (A little Spanish lingo there.) Of course, always consult your physician before adopting any aspirin regimen, and if he (or she) gives you the green light, get the BAYER LOW DOSE ASPIRIN. Why take any chances? --D. Mikels, Esq.

To maintain healthy bones, it is recommended that teen and adult women get regular exercise and eat a healthy diet with enough calcium throughout their lives. This may reduce the risk of osteoporosis, which can affect middle-aged and older women (particularly White and Asian women). While adequate calcium intake is important in nourishing your bones, taking more than 2,000mg is not likely to provide any additional benefit.
