I looked at a few different vegetarian vitamins and chose these because it had the most of the nutrients I need, including iron, vitamin B and folic acid. I have been taking these for the year before my pregnancy and they are doing the job fine.

I've only been taking these for a week now, but have not had any trouble or side-effects from them. They are large, but most prenatals are, and the smell is not great, but tolerable. It's so great to have a vegetarian option for prenatals!

I had a similar experience as Opal. I played a lot of sports when I was younger, which resulted in a lot of injuries (broken wrist, dislocated knee, fractured elbow...) My joints hurt severely on rainy days and I could no longer lift weights or exercise because of the pain in my joings (wrists, elbows, and knees). I took two of these pills a day for the first month and then one pill a day after that, and the pain gradually disappeared. I am now able to lift heavy weights again without any major discomfort in my joints.
These pills are great.

The vitamins are a little on the big side... had some trouble at first swallowing the pills, but other than that I love the prenatals... Seems to be the only Vegan prenatal vitamins available. Highly reccommend
