I have been a CPAP user for about 12 years now, and all that time I've been trying to find a pillow that didn't dislodge my mask. At long last the answer has arrived! This pillow is supportive and comfortable for the head and neck, and the cut outs for the mask make it so the mask doesn't get moved and start leaking! Amazing! No more stiff neck from craning upward to keep the mask off the pillow! No more air being blasted into my eyes or (worse yet) onto my husband! It is wonderful to sleep deeply and without interruption. I can't say enough good things about it.

I received one as a gift. Since I was used to using a memory foam neck support pillow, I figured I would get used to this one right away. However, it is very HARD. It has ear comfort sections but my ears come nowhere close to that area and in fact, my ears hurt more. I do not normally have mask leak issues, even while side sleeping, but with this pillow, I did have leaks. I guess you must have a certain size head to get the benefits described.
To me, it was not worth the money. Even at half the price I wouldn't recommend it (unless you have a big head and like sleeping on a rock).

Having used a C-Pap machine for the last 8 years I have used many different pillows to make sleep more comfortable. At first I found the pillow comfortable. The notches on the side do help keep the mask from sliding around on your face. The indent for your ear is a waste, I can't sleep with my head so perfectly aligned that everything fits where they say it should. I must move around a lot. I did find the neck support portion of the pillow to be a little on the thin side (I'm 5'2" and I had to put another pillow underneath to make it more comfortable for my neck). The biggest problem I have is that the pillow is WAY TO HARD! The design is basically good although the area for your head (the middle of the pillow) is to narrow, I don't like having something pushing on the top of my head. I think the pillow would be wonderful if it were softer. Anyone that likes a hard pillow and sleeps on their side will love this pillow. If you like soft pillows? Look somewhere else.

It's a real pain, you like to sleep on your side, but your cpap setup makes it hard or impossible to do so. I thought this product was for me, and for the most part it worked. It is too small, it is a little smaller than a standard pillow, this combined with the fact that you cant really use it with a pillow case make it just average. If it were bigger it would be almost perfect. I fixed my particular situation by mounting a ring on a wood plate above my bed, the hose fits through the ring and then down to my head, now my hose is always above me and I can turn over to my hearts content.

Found it uncomfortable for back sleeping, because its too high and too hard for my comfort. And, I can't see how I would sleep with it on my stomach.
Guess it goes into the pile of other foam pillows that I wish I hadn't bought.
Don't know how it would work for a side sleeper, since I rarely sleep on my side...
