Tried 2 flavors: Chocolate and Cookies and Cream. I like Cookies and cream better. It tastes better and it mixes with the water better

This stuff taste great, but drink it skim milk for the best taste. Mixes decent, but does have a kind of high fat content but no more than other protein shakes I've tried.
