If you have never used any self-ignighting charcoals before, Three Kings is a great way to start. It's easy to use and it's only 10 pieces so if you don't like it (though I do, very much) you don't feel like you wasted any.

I was very pleased to see how easily the charcoals lit when placing one on top of the other. The feeding of charcoals and incense to the censor during ritual must be done quietly, quickly and seamlessly. Having good charcoals is a must. These work very well!

If you use charcoal to burn (smolder) incense, you probably know that the top sellers will stink up your house with a terrible smell before it is ready to have incense placed on it. Cone and sticks are simply not nearly as effective in magick, and I have an extensive collection of herbs, oils and resins.
Three Kings is a fantastic exception. After you spark the charcoal, it almost immediately goes into full "spark" and does produces little if any smell on its own. It burns through.
This is the best incense charcoal I know of.
