I have been lifting for years and have a good diet consistenty. Therefore, I didn't have to change my diet and continued exercising so knowing that I would say these are not worth taking. The only thing I noticed was minimal vasodialation I didn't notice increased strenth or cutting potential. Be careful reading reviews where people change their diets and begin to exercise when starting a supplement b/c diet and exercise obviously create change on their own so you don't know if it was a lifestyle change or the supplement that helped them imporve. I won't buy NO2 again, and yes I followed the directions when using NO2. If you want vasodialation simply buy Niacin, it's very cheap and you can buy it anywhere but be careful b/c it's a potent vasodialator. Or I know people that take baby asprin (about 70mg) pre work out for increased blood flow to your muscles.

i used MRI NO2 years ago when it first came out. back then i could really feel the "pump" during workouts. now with the BLACK, The "pump" is more insane. only one drawback is you need to drink a lot, lot, lot more fluids. in the beginning, i made the mistake of drinking the same amount of fluids as i usually do (take note even before taking this product, i already taking a lot of fluids). big mistake... i started feeling pain every time i urinate and it would usually last 1-2 days before the pain would go away. it was like a burning sensation. i thought oh god i had to have my prostate checked! at first i did not know it was due to the NO2. it was only after feeling the same pain for about 3 times that i realize.. hey! it could be the NO2?!?! so i stopped taking it for a while. weeks later, my friend advised me to take more fluids... now i take maybe 2-3 times more fluids than before and now it works well and i never felt that pain again. my recovery period is shorter and i have that extra burst of energy and i could feel the difference on days that i take NO2 vs when i forget to take it.

This is my second time typing this review. I tried inserting pictures but i didn't work. Anyway, to start off that dumb a_s saying his BP went up to 200 is either snorting coke, lying, or working for the competition. I hate people like that. You want real reviews not some a_s being dishonest. Anyway, truth is I've been using it for 3 days. I had to write a review to set the record straight. I have high BP. Normally, after taking my BP pill, I'm 140ish/90ish with a pulse always around 85-110. I also smoke. After taking 4 pills (one dose) for the first time I noticed an abnormal calm. Abnormal not being negative but meaning never felt before. I was very alert, responsive, but felt energetic and CALM.
At work we have the BP machines like walmart (tried inserting picture here). It read EXACTLY 119/74 pulse 62. no lie. For most people that's great and 'normal'. Not for me, I've never seen mine that low. Being the engineer I am I researched. I found tons of information that basically stated 'NO' is GOOD for your heart and body. Basically it opens your vaines/arteries allowing better flow of nutriants etc. AND it's SLOWS down your heart rate. I worked out this morning and took my usual stuff, preworkout drink, P3, tribullis, Black power (which I really like), and WAR (also really like). Normally when I finish and get to work my BP is all jacked up and really high. Today it was much better, I CAN FEEL it.
For me so far, I feel much better all around! Lower key, more alert, no fuzzy feeeling, My FIRST workout on this I did notice a minor increase in stamina, and better pumps at end, nothign at begining or middle. My muscles seem slighly more sore than normal right now, but LOOK great! This is only after 3 days use and one workout today. I will update after a couple more workouts and post some more BP numbers.
If you noticed I use black powder (MRI) and WAR (MRI). This is what lead me try this. I also tried HSP, which really works but has HUGE side effects like sevre achey body, high BP, and headaches. I tried alot of stuff. I do not like ANY thing giving a caffine high! I hate that feeling, can't concentrate, high BP (mine is already high), and coming down sucks worse. That's why I've stuck to black powder. I use WAR because I like black powder. I bought war again because RELATIVELY speaking it's the cheapest post workout drink. Yes expensive per pound compared to most but you only use tiny little scoops. I last forever. So no I'm not a die hard MRI product fan I'm simply telling it like it is in my experiences and what I like and why I like it. Hope it helps you in your decision.

In my opinion, I would say that this product does work. But after the first couple of days the body gets used to it and you don't really feel it as much. Not decided yet if it's worth the money or not. I stacked this ontop of Black Powder. Again, after the first couple of days you don't really notice the NO "explosion" that you get the first couple of times you take it.

The issue with taking pills is that it is difficult to tell whether it actually works or not. I have taken 3 NO products in my life: NanoVapor, NO2 by MRI and NO-Xplode. I actually like NO-Xplode because you really see immediate results. Your pumps will be huge. It just tastes terrible. The benefit of the pills is that there is no taste and you won't be nursing it. It is all due to preference but I like the NO-Xplode.
