this collagen powder tastes awful and is impossible to mix into any liquid. i have not noticed any benefits after 1 month of daily use. i would be willing to keep trying this only if they put it into a pill form.

My experience with this was intended to help with my skin. That is why I bought it. Not only did it help with my skin, but it helps with my joints, too. Collagen is used by cells all over the entire body. I recommend this to anyone who is over 30. It is very good stuff.

I used this product and after 30 days I noticed a difference in my hair and nails for sure. My skin wasn't as dry either. It tasteless so it is fine to use in all liquids but a vitamin C drink is the preferred. My only complaint is that it must be shaken and not stirred to be dissolved. I may try the capsules in the future because of this but will defintely continue using it.

I have had painful arthritis for many years and have swollen and deformed joints. The pain has limited my activities seriously. I read up on it and decided to try it with tremendous results. Two of my daughters also have suffered sports injuries and low back and hip pain that makes sleeping difficult. For the three of us, this one product has made a dramatic difference. My joints are still deformed, but the swelling and redness is gone, and I am up to nearly normal function, as are my two daughters. I would recommend this product for this purpose.
