i've had eczema most of my life and it recently got pretty bad on my arms. I bought some FRS energy drinks that has quercetin as a natural energy booster, so I did more research on it and decided to buy the supplement. I took 1 500mg pill a day and used cetaphil and hydrocortisone... in about a week all the eczema was gone! I've used every cream available and I never saw it clear up so fast! I highly recommend it for anyone for its health benefits.

Bought this product about 3 months ago with the hopes of improving my nasal congestion and eye itchiness. Wasn't sure the quercetin was helping ... until I forgot to take it one day! Now definitely know that it helps! Would recommend to try for anyone who is bothered by post nasal drip, nasal congestion or runny nose RELATED to allergies. Have not noticed any improvement in energy levels ... and I DID catch the last cold that was going around at work, but didn't seem to last me as long as some of my coworkers.

This is my second bottle. I'm in college with seven roommates, and I've been able to avoid many, many colds that went around the house with help from quercetin supplements. In fact, I haven't been sick at all since I've been on it, whereas usually during the winter I'm very prone to sore throats and nasal congestion. With so many benefits, I don't see why not to take quercetin.

My legs have ached nearly every day for so long I can't remember when it started. I have been to the doctor and I've tried all sorts of things. Before this the only thing that really worked was Lortab, which only masks the pain.
It took a month, but I finally stopped aching! I've been taking 2 500mg/day for a year now and am virtually ache free! This is amazing!
If you Google it, you'll find other benefits as well.
