AWESOME!! Highly recommend this product! Great for aches and pains...and little problem getting dog to take/swallow it!! Also good preventive (when i know our hike is going to be tiring or the weather turns wet and cold).

My 12 year old poodle was having difficulty getting up off of the floor. The vet indicated it was old age/stiffness in the back and hips. She was fine with him taking the DGP. It wasn't miraculous, but certainly helped ease the discomfort and difficulty after a couple of weeks. Then the improvement seemed to plateau. A combination of Rimadyl (from the vet) and DGP seems to be the right stuff and getting up off of the floor is not so problematic from my dog. Unfortunately he doesn't care for the pills' taste, but wrapped in a little cheese, it goes down fine. I'll stick with this plan for awhle.

My almost 9 yr old afghan has a spine that is fusing together and I started giving her these supplements. I believe she is feeling better. I recommend this product to anyone who has an older dog.
