Don't have time to write a long review, but I've tried 5 or 6 different brands including Optimum Nutrition, 100% Whey, and a few others. This is by far the best tasting, especially the Mocha and Vanilla flavors.
Just mix with some skim milk, (fruit optional), and blend on high with 1/2 cup of crushed ice.

I am a college student that is wanting to bulk up. This product was perfect for me, $35 for 2 4.4 pound protein containers??? Wow. Good protein content/serving, cheap, mass quantities. Perfect for me.

This is by far the best protein out there period!!! Pro Complex is good as well but cost a bit more. I've tried several brands such as BSN's syntha 6 ON's 100%whey CYTO sport Muscle Milk and some other ones that I rather not mention. For me this is the best out there just one scoop after working-out with a low carb diet and you'll start seeing results before you finish the container (realistic gains 2-3 pounds of muscle). oh by the way the first guy must be on super special diet or is not used to be taking whey protein, I don't get it!!! anyways ELITE COMPLEX IS TOP OF THE LINE.

I went from soy 95 chocolate from GNC to this. Bleh. There's a wicked diet soda kind of taste. Nutrisweetish. BLEH! It came recommended by a guy from work who liked it and to him by a personal trainer who also liked it. It's got a bunch of stuff in it and whether it's good for you or not...who knows. I used different doses and different liquids (water and milk) to adjust the flavor. The guy at work uses chocolate milk.
I went back to gnc soy 95 and sold the rest to the guy at work.
