I'm a new CPAP-device user. When the DME supplier rep came by the house to set up the equipment and told me all the daily care needed for it, I was ready to send it back and live with sleep apnea. I checked out an online support group and found many others who use this product with satisfactory results. Count me in as another satisfied customer. The wipes save time, soap and water. They have a pleasant scent and leave no residue. Good job, Citrus II!
