I'm not a young guy. I hit the gym everyday and try to work as hard as I did 20 years ago, paying for it the next day with soreness. Then I found this stuff. I laid off squats for a few weeks to nurse my back. When I was ready to start up again I knew I would be in for some real muscle soreness for the next few days and figured I would give this a try to see how well it worked.
WOW!!!!! I should have been in for a nightmare. You know what I am talking about. Legs hurt so bad you can't stand up, let alone walk. They should have hurt to do anything. NOTHING!!!! No pain... I shot up in weight in all exercises over the next few weeks. I've be lifting for a long long time, the days of shooting up in weight are long behind me so I thought! This was the only supplement I took a side from a multi-vitamin and some anti-oxidants.
The texture is a bit weird, kind of like a slime. You need to use all the water to mix it or it will be to thick to drink. I think they could lay off the food dye also, I really don't think a Blue tongue is necessary. You shouldn't eat anything or drink anything other than water for an hour after this. The label states this and from what I have read elsewhere you will pay for the extra food with a funky bowel movement if ya know what I mean. :)
