Chondroitin also inhibits the release of enzymes that trigger joint destruction. Quercetin is a natural ingredient (flavanoid), found in plant and seeds has potent anti-inflammatory capabilities. It's that simple, or at least it's been that simple for me. It works, and it works well. Plus, ordering and receiving are made easy and practically effortless due to both the website and the organization of the company. I haven't tried the other in the line of Algonot products, but I wouldn't hesitate to do so.
