This is the first creatine supplement I have tried, so I am by no means an authority. The price is good for the amount of doses you get. Pills dont have a funky taste at all. Slight citrusy flavor. Since taking this product, I have noticed an increase in my strength. Every week lately, it seems like I am breaking through plateaus. I have more energy to work out. I attack my routine with an energy and vigorous enthusiasm I have never experienced. Sometimes it seems like I cant lift a certain amount, but I go ahead and add that extra plate and push my limits back even further. It works.

I've experimented with a lot of different types of creatines and brands. Although this is the first pill form I have tried, it is definitely the least effective i have tried. Amazon gives you a good price on this product so at least you aren't gambling too much money away. In my opinion though creatine monohydrate works as well or better than this. I like to stack NO Explode with Creatine Monohydrate and BSN Syntha 6 protein.

This is the first Creatine product I have tried, and I am glad I did. I felt the effects the first couple of days I tried it. I imediately had more strength and over the bottle I noticed a big increase in muscle size! Definetly worth a try! MRI has some of the best supplements there is and usually the price reflects that.
