This is a strange gadget. It just pinches the "septum" (middle cartilage of the nose). How is that supposed to dilate anything? I needed to dilate the outer nose lobes. "Breathe Right" sticky, springy, strips do that but not well and tend to come off. So far, a simple short, 1/2" dia plastic tubing piece inside nostril, worked best for me. Any more elegant solutions out there?
