Recommended Use to Assess Your Tolerance: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 scoop of N.O.-Xplode mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, after 30 minutes consume an additional 1 scoop mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water and assess your tolerance again. Recommended Use on Training Days: Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1-3 scoops with 5-18 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 5-6 oz of water per 1 scoop of powder. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. To achieve maximize results take on an empty stomach (i.e. at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after drinking a protein shake). | Great workout supplement. by Guy Hoang (CA) 5 Stars November 24, 2009 No-Xplode is great pre-workout supplement. I take one scoop an hour before workout; and it does make a difference. I feel like I can lift more; and I also have more endurance. I've tried fruit punch and lime; and they both are pretty good.
| | N.O. XPLODE by Anna Scheib 3 Stars November 10, 2009 If you like Xenadrine than you'll like N.O. Xplode. I did not care for it. Reason being, after taking N.O. Xplode it felt as if I could not catch my breath leaving me feeling faint. The poduct did not make me feel any stronger it just gave me a negative type of energy. If anyone decides to use this product, eat a little something just before you take the product. Saying that, I know it deviates from the directions but it will take the edge off the jittery effects.

I havent felt any negative side effects yet, but while it apperas ok I'm likely going to get test done after about a month to be on the safe side, and would advise everyone else to do the same.
| | Crazy pumps while training! by smf 5 Stars November 10, 2009 I started taking NO-Xplode last week and have used it for 5 workouts now. The first day I got away with just one scoop, but had to up my dosage to 2 scoops for the following workouts. I have a pretty high tolerance for caffeine, so I didn't think this product would affect me at all, but the reviews I read were so convincing- I decided to give it a try. So far, I really like it and wonder what took me so long to start. I considered getting it a few months ago because a client of mine kept raving about it, but I chalked his enthusiasm up to being simply "pumped up" on caffeine. I'm convinced there's more to it than just that now.
The first workout was on arm day and I got so pumped up I could barely move my arms by the end of the workout. My focus was spot on and the pump was unlike anything I've ever experienced before, it was almost debilitating in some ways. I was super sore for about 4-5 days afterwards, which is uncommon for me after working arms. I was sold after that first workout! I have since looked forward to hitting the weights just because I get to down a glass of NO-Xplode!
The taste is alright, nothing I would want to sip and take my time with- tastes like chewed up aspirin and Tang mixed together, but I've had much worse. The reviews about liver enzymes being elevated freaked me out a bit and contributed to me waiting so long to purchase this product, but I'm a non-drinker, I don't take pain killers and I drink over a gallon of water every single day- so I said what the heck. I also only take this product on days I lift, which is on average 4-5 days per week. I do not take it when I do cardio. I highly recommend ingesting at least 1 gallon of water each day in order to flush the kidneys and liver and cut back on the booze and consumption of tylenol or ibuprofen which are things that may mess with the liver.
I haven't felt any depression or "crashing" after taking the product, but I do know the feeling. It's similar to how you feel when you become physiologically tolerant to a stimulant- commonly coffee, and then stop taking it cold turkey. You get headaches and feel sort of down in the dumps. Hydration is vital for warding off the headaches on off days and consuming a cup of coffee when not taking the no-xplode should help with the depression issues. Also make sure you get adequate sleep, at least 8 hours. I took it one day while sleep deprived and felt a little bizarre during my workout, kind of in a daze.
I also have not had any stomach issues as other reviewers have reported. I have a pretty tolerant digestive system, but I used to take Cell-Tech and that stuff would really mess my stomach up. I've had issues in the past with other creatine products too, but this stuff has never bothered me. One reason some people may have stomach issues with this product is because caffeine helps to get things moving down there if you know what I mean.
Overall, my strength gains are up and so is my confidence in handling heavier weights. I started supplementing with L-Glutamine to aid in muscle recovery because I've been hitting the weights so hard, I'm experiencing soreness I've not felt in a long time. I highly recommend this product, but moderation and listening to your body is key. Amazon had the best prices from what I've found, even better than my local GNC. Check it out!
| | Good pre-workout supplement by Clinton G. Stear 4 Stars November 10, 2009 This stuff will give you the kick in the pants you need in the gym. I'll take two scoops and hammer out a 5 mile run and then an hour of weights. It seems to almost give you an adrenaline rush, which I like. It works best on an empty stomach, and usually kicks in for me within 15 - 30 minutes. Sometimes even quicker than that. I recommend this to those looking for an intense energy rush and mental focus during their workout routine. The reason I gave it four stars is because of the taste, as well as the price.
